Your level, Coins, Gems, power-ups, purchases and settings are saved as you play.
Progress and settings save automatically on your device. Supported mobile device backup and restore features help retain app data during device transfer or reinstall. Store purchases use Apple or Google billing.
Your level, round, question and game status are included automatically.
Game progress. Your level, rewards, settings, player name and selected profile picture are stored on your device and through supported device backup services. Uploaded profile photos are used for your in-game profile.
Purchases. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The game receives purchase status and product identifiers, not your payment-card details.
Advertising. When advertising is enabled, Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools process information according to the privacy choices presented to you. Privacy choices remain available from Settings.
Online competition and rankings. If you use Daily Cup rankings, live competition or shared leaderboards, the game sends a pseudonymous installation identifier, your chosen player name, a simple avatar reference, current level, Daily Cup score/time and competition results to The Expression Code competition service. The service stores ratings, wins, losses, draws and match records so online rankings and matchmaking can work. Your selected profile photo itself is not uploaded to the competition service.
Issue reports. Reports include the details you enter plus diagnostic game context such as level, round, current screen, app version and online status. The installed app opens your device sharing controls so you decide how to send the report.
Retention. Local game data remains until you clear app data or uninstall the game, subject to device backup settings. Locally retained issue-report copies are limited to the latest 50 reports.
Data deletion. Profile → Support → Delete Online Data permanently removes the pseudonymous online competition profile, Daily Cup scores and match records associated with this installation from The Expression Code competition database. Local game progress remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the game. If you use online features again after deletion, a new pseudonymous online record may be created.
Privacy requests. Use Support → Report an Issue → Privacy or data protection request, visit https://theexpressioncode.netlify.app/delete-data.html, or use the public Support form.
Access. The Expression Code is designed for personal entertainment and skill development. You agree to use the game lawfully and according to platform rules.
Accounts and progress. Progress, rewards and settings are saved locally and through supported device backup tools. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
Purchases. Optional purchases, subscriptions and ad-removal items are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Store terms, billing rules and refund policies apply to those transactions.
Fair play. You must not interfere with matchmaking, tamper with game logic, automate play, exploit errors for unfair gain or attempt to disrupt other players.
Online features. Competition, leaderboard, sync, purchases, support submissions and certain live services require an internet connection and may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
Updates. Features, rewards, art assets, levels, balance and service content may change over time as the game develops.
Support. Help, purchase support and policy enquiries are available at https://theexpressioncode.netlify.app/support.html.
Use the Report an Issue form for button problems, incorrect answers, blurry images, map issues or reward problems. Your game context is attached automatically.
